Life invites us, again and again, to pivot, to try, to begin something new — not because we’re behind, but because we’re ready.
Life has a way of nudging us forward. Sometimes, it does this in a tiny whisper. And other times, it comes in like the clanging of cymbals.
But life invites us, again and again, to pivot, to try, to begin something new. Not because we’ve failed or fallen short but because we’ve grown. Even in those times when it feels like we have failed, we may need to step back and realize that this is just a part of our path.
The Universe, time and again, gives us an invitation to start fresh. But it isn’t always forthright. It doesn’t always come wrapped in certainty or clarity.
To be completely honest, I am not too crazy about change.
Change, to me, can feel like a daunting thing. It asks us to loosen our grip on the familiar. It proposes that we risk our everyday comfort in pursuit of something we can’t quite name yet.
In reality, though, we are in a constant state of change, right down to our tiniest atoms. We shift, we move, we go this way and that.
But within every shift lies a choice. Do we resist, or do we lean in?
When we accept life’s invitation to begin again or start something new, we aren’t erasing what came before. We’re building on it.
Each minute of our lives prepares us for the next, even when we can’t yet see the fullness of the future.
Life doesn’t require us to have it all figured out. It only asks us to listen. To be aware. To see the moment when the next beginning calls.
