Are we all supposed to be winning? Or just playing along together?
Nicely.
I don’t ever recall any parent, anywhere, telling their two-year-old to “Get back in there and win” when a squabble breaks out between children.
Nope.
The parent tells their child to “play nicely.” To share the toy.
I’m not sure when this changed, but it seems there are a lot of people who are concerned — only — with playing to win. They want their way, or no way, at all.
I think they missed Training Day.

On January 21st of 2017, the day after I take the oath of office, Americans will finally wake up in a country where the laws of the United States are enforced. We are going to be considerate and compassionate to everyone. But my greatest compassion will be for our own struggling citizens.
