I may be fruity, but I like it that way

Fruity. Absolute-y. I love fruit. And we all know fruits are good for us, which is a double bonus.
But some fruits are better than others. Not only in taste but in nutritional value. Some of them are basically superheroes in disguise.

We all have our favorites. My personal favorite is an apple. A sweet apple. And yet. I love all sorts of fruits, from oranges to bananas. Pineapple to peaches.

But which ones are considered the best for us?
I found several lists online about which are the healthiest.

Blueberries:
These little guys are basically the secret agents of the fruit world. They are packed with antioxidants and brain-boosting powers. Plus, they’re great for heart health. Who knew tiny berries could do so much? Personally, I’m not a berry person. But these seem too good to pass by.

Apples:
We all know the phrase: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” It might be the world’s oldest health hack. Apples are full of fiber, which is code for their ability to help your digestive system stay smooth and easy. They’ve also got antioxidants and vitamin C, so you’re basically eating a crunchy immune booster. And oh, so very delicious.

Oranges:
The vitamin C powerhouse. Good for your heart. Good for your skin.

Bananas:
Bananas are like your personal energy bar. They’re full of potassium (to keep your muscles in goodness) and vitamin B6 (for brainpower).

Strawberries:
Loaded with vitamin C, manganese, and antioxidants that fight inflammation like a personal bodyguard. They’re low-calorie and high in flavors.

Avocados:
Filled with healthy fats that keep your heart happy and your skin glowing. And guacamole is the queen of the dips.

Grapes:
Little green or purple orbs of joy. Grapes are packed with antioxidants like resveratrol (which reduces inflammation). Heart-healthy too.

Pineapple: If you need a tropical vacation in fruit form, pineapple’s the one. It’s packed with bromelain (a fancy word for “anti-inflammatory superhero”) and vitamin C.

Some of the other lists included lemons, limes, grapefruit, blackberries, pomegranates, peaches, mangoes, apricots, and a few others.

Fruity goodness.

Any will do.
