Most Loved Restaurants State By State. What?

Food, glorious food. Hot sausage and mustard.
Most of us love to eat. And, choosing where to eat should be simple. I mean, there’s so much goodness out there.

But have you ever been in this situation? You put a group of people together, and there’s no clear path to where that group should dine. Everyone has a preference. A lot of times, no one will speak up. Diets and food restrictions come into play. Everyone has an opinion in the next moment. Finally, if enough people love a place, that is where the group decides to go.

According to Yelp’s Most Loved Brands report for 2025, Americans love to eat out at their favorite places. The study was based on reviews, loyalty, repeat visits, and search behavior. They collected all this data to reveal which chain restaurants people return to again and again. State by state.

According to this, one name stands out, and that is Dave’s Hot Chicken. It began as a Los Angeles pop-up in a parking lot. But now, it has turned into a full-blown phenomenon. I’ve never even heard of it. But people love it somewhere.

But each state has its own picks. The popular places. Most go back because of dependability. It’s about trust. These restaurants win because they deliver what people expect.

And I expect that the next time you meet up with a group, if you are in Ohio, you won’t be going to Dave’s. As for our choice in this state? I’ve never heard of it either. And, there are only three in the entire state. I’m not so sure about Yelp’s Most Loved Brands.
